When shipping to individual recipients, there may be instances where it violates Japan’s export regulations and the import laws of the destination country, resulting in the inability to deliver the shipment.
The acceptance conditions are as follows, but for customers unfamiliar with individual shipping, we have summarized the judgment criteria based on basic legal regulations and case studies.
Please check the following conditions, as we are unable to process them if applicable. (Prohibited/restricted items are for reference only.)
Additionally, please note that we will be unable to process the shipment if the product packaging is inadequate or if the weight or dimensions exceed our specified limits.
Please take note of the following considerations:
1. Compliance with export and import regulations:
When shipping to individuals, it is important to comply with the export regulations of Japan as well as the import laws of the destination country. Ensure that the shipment does not contain any items prohibited or restricted by these regulations.
2. Prohibited/restricted items:
Certain items are prohibited or restricted for shipment due to legal, safety, or security reasons. Refer to the list of prohibited/restricted items provided for guidance and ensure that the shipment does not include any such items.
3. Proper packaging:
Ensure that the items being shipped are appropriately packaged to ensure their safety and prevent any damage during transit. Proper packaging is crucial for the protection of the items.
4. Weight and dimension limitations:
The weight and dimensions of the shipment should not exceed the specified limits set by our company. If the weight or dimensions exceed the allowed limits, we will be unable to process the shipment.
Please be aware that these precautions serve as general guidelines. It is essential to consult the specific regulations and guidelines of the shipping carrier and the destination country to ensure compliance with all requirements and restrictions.
