Our services include consolidation and separation of multiple goods, removal of original box labels, assistance with export permit applications, issuance of “Not Applicable for Consumption Tax Exemption” certificates, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehousing services, and document handling.

Competitive Freight Rates
Even for small shipments, our freight rates are much cheaper compared to EMS.

If any taxes are incurred at the destination, they will be charged to the consignee by the local customs authority (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Traceability
In addition to tracking the transportation status of goods online, our customer service teams in Japan and the destination country provide support until delivery is completed.
